  STAY HERE.
  Steve, Kenny and supporting staff have been exemplary in their service and professionalism. The properties are updated, the grounds well maintained and clean. Any issue is resolved in a timely manner. (I had Continuing Education at South Seas Plantation again. Their facilities badly need refurbishing).

  My family has been staying at Sanibel Arms West since 2005. We love it here. The units are wonderful, clean and well kept with each having its own unique personality. The staff is professional and so helpful. This year there were very nice beach chairs and loungers offered a huge improvement from years past. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back!   Weather was beautiful, condo was clean, no complaints except sliding glass door lock broke after a couple of days. I know maintenance had fixed it before we checked in but it didn't last. Other than that everything was awesome. We have stayed at Sanibel Arms West many times and will be back.

  We have always stayed beachfront - direct view. They were booked! We were worried about the partial view, but it was nice! screened balcony was nice and patio furniture was wonderful! The unit is great! Perfect floor plan. The mattress in the master (King) was VERY firm. It didn't bother me, but my husband was pretty miserable. The pillows - all very soft so they flatten when you lay on them; so hard bed & very flat pillow. I slept on my arm. So maybe offer more pillow options? There were other pillows but all the same. We would absolutely rent this unit again (even with the firm bed situation) The sofas are probably nearing the end of their life (larger one squeaks when you move), but I cant stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The beach was a short walk. The beach chairs available there at the beach for our use was a plus! We like the location of the complex on the island. Truly enjoyable! We will be back!!!

  This is the third time that we come to Sanibel West Arms to spend some family time and we just absolutely love it! The apartments are very nicely furnished, the view from the balcony is great, the proximity to the beach is definitely a big plus, the staff is extremely professional and pleasant. A 5+ experience! No complaints!
