  This was our third time staying here (Building M) and have already booked our return for next year. The property is in a great location right on the beach and very convenient to bike paths, shops, and our favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and professional and always willing to help.

  My husband and friends enjoyed two spacious king size beds bedrooms. It overlooked the pool. The screened lanais were bonuses. The living room, kitchen and dining room were spacious with well appointed furnishings. A short walk to the beach with condo association beach chairs. The heated pool was inviting and completely enclosed. There was a clean bathroom annex to the pool and clubhouse. We’d stay there in a heartbeat.

  We booked a condo with pool access as we have a small child. It was exactly what I remembered from my visits as a child. (The condo was updated but the feel was the same from 20 years ago) the beach was a longer trek than I remembered but still closer than driving somewhere and parking. The bed sheets were nothing to write home about but the main bedroom had a comfortable bed. There were some beetles in the kitchen but maintenance was sent within 24 hours of my call to spray. We saw more beetles a few hours after the treatment but then didn't see anymore the rest of our stay.
  
  Trash is located directly outside of the condo which is extremely convenient. The recycling was by a different building and would be better used if it was available in the trash room.
  
  Overall, we had a nice stay and it reminded me of the great family vacations I took as a child.

  Wonderful property amenities...proximity to beach, beach chairs, and covered pool. Our unit (M1) was beautifully appointed, very clean and cozy, close to parking and the pool. Customer service was great. We highly recommend this family-friendly property!! We really enjoyed the Island Cow and Over Easy restaurants. :-)
