  We have been to Sanibel Arms West several times and always have a wonderful time. This was the first time staying in this unit but we were very happy with it. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Also, if you have kids that like to spend time in the pool the location can't be beat!

  Our rental experience was wonderful. We have been to Sanibel Arms West almost every year since the 1990's and always enjoyed it. The property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I especially want to compliment the maintenance staff. When we had a minor issue with the washing machine the maintenance man came immediately and fixed the problem in no time. We look forward to returning next year!

  Definitely awesome! Always clean and fully stocked kitchen. Never a worry that I won't have the proper utensil or pan to cook with. Always extra linens and everything in working order. I love that it is so close to the beach. My little girls love the covered pool during the really hot times of the day when the beach was touch for them to handle. I will always always choose this place for my vacations.

  This was our second time staying at Sanibel Arms West. The staff who handles the booking are always available and easy to deal with. Both units were clean and as advertised. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if each unit had a dedicated beach umbrella and lounge chairs. It got a little crazy having to get down to the beach early to grab the limited number of chairs they had available.

  Sanibel Arms West is always our go-to spot in Sanibel. The accommodations are top notch, clean and you always know what to expect. The facility team do a great time taking care of their guests and their property. Our only issue this time had nothing to do with accommodations, instead it was our very loud neighbors above us. It literally sounded like they were moving furniture constantly and jumping around all hours of the day. In the future, I will look for a second floor unit.
