  We just LOVE the entire complex, the location, the covered pool, how close to the beach it is, the apartment was spacious, clean, good beds n pillow, all necessary appliances and utensils to cook, plenty towels, 2 balconies, a lot of natural light and the price was suuuuper reasonable. We are looking forward to go again soon

  Great place to stay. Property management is superb; they are always available and made our stay and reservation experience painless. The maintenance crew is the best; they deal with any issues rapidly and in a friendly manner. The only complaint we have is that some of the inside decor needs to be updated (front door floor mat, lanai rug and mat are torn and worn through).

  My friends and I found the condo clean and comfortable. The condo was missing a sponge and scrubby to clean pots, pans, etc. We didn’t like the second floor. The pool was adequate. It would be nice if there was lighting around the pool and be able to have an evening swim.

  The apartment in general is fantastic. Spacious balcony, grand living room and kitchen. It's not beach front, but close enough.
  There were only a few things that were communicated to the office that needed attention such as: the shelf in one of the bathrooms had fallen-it was not installed properly, the king bed was slightly slanted, plus a few other minor things in the kitchen. Overall, it was such a nice vacation and we were very grateful for being able to stay there.

  Overall, I was very happy with my accommodations. When I arrived the unit was clean, everything was in order, all linens were clean and the beds were made. All appliances worked. My only problem was with a neighbor who gave virtual guitar lessons on his lanai in H5 from 8: 30AM till 7PM. He was loud and didn't seem to care that he had neighbors.
  The rugs in the unit could use either a cleaning or replacing. That is the only criticism of the unit.

  As usual our stay on Sanibel Arms West was outstanding. We have stayed in our preferred unit, M5, for so many years. Working with SAW under the direction of Steve Snyder always makes it so easy for sure. His group is so professional and helps us so much starting with scheduling and then dealing with all situations that might arrive. Especially so this year with the ongoing pandemic. We would always recommend SAW to so many for sure.

  We found the condo to be open, inviting and comfortable during our stay. It met all our needs, providing a place where our family members could come together. It was great that our kids had their own space to play, sleep and watch tv. It was also great to have a washing machine in the condo with the all the trips to beach and pool.
