  We have stayed at Arms West at least 8 times and this is the first unit that was not clean. There was visible dirt on the floors, dirty hand prints on the appliances, and almost all dishes were dirty. I have been wiping down the units since COVID (this was our 3rd stay since) and this is the first time that the wipes were dirty. I wasn't sterilizing, I was cleaning. It was also lacking in basic kitchen needs such as a baking sheet. I used a pizza pan. We love it there and will definitely be back, but just thought that you should know. If it was our first stay, not sure we would go back. That being said, thank you for being my family's favorite getaway.

  The condo layout is nice, with spacious rooms, and screened porches off main living area, and off master suite. Easy beach access, screened pool area, and grills available just around the corner of the building.
  We enjoyed the pickleball court. The patio door needs some maintenance.

  Sanibel Arms West is a great complex. It is always clean and well maintained. We stay here year after year! This Unit we stayed in was not well maintained though. I brought all the items that needed attention to management and they were very professional and took care of it. Enjoyed the clean pool and nice beach (and even saw some Bob Cats in the brush!) Would recommend this complex to anyone but unit M7 just needs some upgrades/refurbishing.

  We stayed in M7 and had a great experience. The unit was somewhat updated, very clean and was a great vacation place to stay. Great location to ride our bikes we rented. Overall had a great time! Bring bug spray for the "noseeums". I ended up purchasing a new pack and play there because they didn't provide one. Bonus for all who stay in the future. I would recommend this unit for someone who can bring a lot of the extra stuff needed for the beach- such as coolers, drink coozies, umbrellas etc. The unit our friend stayed in below us had a lot of "extras" that weren't provided to us. It wasn't a huge ordeal but we had to go out and purchase a few items.

  The Association is comfortable and relaxing. It is an affordable place to stay as a family. This particular unit could use a little TLC, but there were no big problems. The couch fabric had a tear in it, and our beds weren't fully made when we got there. (We had to rummage through closets to find flat sheets and blankets. There were more beds than linen.) The kitchen could also use a few basic accessories--baking sheets, hot pads etc. But none of those things were deal breakers. The closeness to the beach and pickle ball courts was wonderful. A nice affordable place to stay.

  I have been staying at SAW since I was a child (now 39). We love the location, cleanliness and price point. This unit did not disappoint! It was immaculate and well stocked. The couches, kitchen table chairs and patio furniture appeared a bit worn but those are small things and something to be expected with how much it is rented. All on all, we loved it. Also, the management at SAW are awesome. We will be back!

  Unit was very clean.
  Pool noodles and beach umbrella were supplied.
  Kitchen was well stocked but did not have a pizza pan or pizza cutter.
  Big sliding door wasn't sealed. During hurricane Elsa the door whistled.
  The living room furniture was very uncomfortable but probably typical for a rental.
  Front screen door wouldn't close properly.
  
  With all the little issues I would stay there again.

  Great family atmosphere on the property..the proximity to the beach was amazingly close. apartments well kept and fully furnished. just bring your swimsuits and purchase some goods from the local grocers to either cook a nice meal at home or go to the restaurants in the area. A plus if your into grilling there are 3 grills on site..Had a great experience!!!
