  Property was clean, quiet, and location was great.
  Couch and chairs in living room were very comfortable. A new mattress in master BR, instructions on the ROKU/ cable TV setup, more dish towels would be upgrades. The outdoor grills were replaced during our stay which was great.

  Overall, quite positive - we go to Sanibel Island most years recently in the March/early April timeframe - weather was great and island was somewhat crowded, but not too bad! Rental unit was fine - nicely furnished, could have used a few more sets of silverware, and cable TV on main screen in living room, but overall very nice. We liked the upstairs / corner location - more windows and nicer lanai views / openness.

  We stayed in unit M8, it was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything necessary and then some! The washer and dryer as well as the smart tv rounded out the perfect place to spend a week!
